This was my sixth visit to this stunning Villa. I rarely visit anywhere this frequently but I find myself drawn back to Kalkan time and time again and always to Villa Beluga, the views are stunning, the convenience and comfort of this beautiful Villa cannot be rivalled. It has everything we could wish for as a family with masses of space and is kept spotlessly clean with several visits from housekeeping and the caretaker during our 7day stay. We will be back!!

I was invited to join my friend and her family at villa Beluga two weeks ago. No description on any rental site could have prepared me for what i saw when i walked into the open plan living area, i was faced with a view of the infinity pool and the sea , set in a picturesque bay The villa is very spacious and luxurious , we all had our own space with plenty of tremendously large bathrooms with open showers, no pocky shower cubicles to be seen! Plenty of hot water! Any problems we had were swiftly put right by the property maintenance team . Although we had arranged to rent a car , we could have managed without one , the taxis are cheap and effiecient, the villa is walking distance to Kalcan , and the boat trips to and from the bay to Kalkan are free and run regularly. When we managed to drag ourselves away from the villa we had a day on Patara beach, I can understand why it has been labelled the best beach in the world! We went horseriding, allthough I am pushing sixty , I actually galloped on the white sand of Patara beach, which was on my, must do before I die list. We had an awesome day on a yacht, set off from Kas, a must visit town, sailed to the Gorge, snorkled , had a delicious meal , enjoyed some water sports then back early evening, never dissapointed to get back to our private terrace for cocktails. On our last day we found an exclusive beach club, very chic! Called 289 steps to heaven, and it was heaven! only a few meters down from the villa. We had a lovely lunch before setting off to Dalaman airport.

Excellent house to stay in. All is 5 star. Daily pool cleaning, superb service for everything else, cleaners in twice a week. Lovely views and feel – so well set out! Looking forward to coming again.

This was our second visit to Villa Beluga and we had another fabulous holiday. The villa is built and furnished to a very high specification and located on a quiet access-only road. It is VERY comfortable with spacious living areas and a well-equipped kitchen; we both slept like logs in our lovely big bed and our quiet air-conditioned room. Kalkan is a very pretty village with winding streets, interesting shops and cool bars. We ate in several village restaurants and roadside ‘tavernas’ and the food and welcoming service was always spot on. We took a memorable boat trip one day and the food was outstanding. But the thing we liked most was chilling out in the infinity pool gazing out over the amazing view of Kalkan harbour and the mountains. We shall be back next year.

Finally getting round to writing a load of reviews and remembered I’d not given this wonderful villa the praise it deserves. We were there last May when the world was sane!! The villa is spacious, very clean and overlooking the most heavenly bay. One can lie beside the infinity pool (lots of very comfortable sun beds) and watch the boats in the bay and then, as the wine is poured, watch the sun setting on the horizon. The villa is very well equipped. We cooked and ate on the verandah several evenings, and the facilities for cooking and serving a meal for a large group was spot on. The bedrooms were cool and the beds comfortable. All well equipped with showers that pumped out enough hot water and were kept clean by a lovely set of cleaning ladies every couple of days. There is a sort of upstairs decking which is great for a drink before heading for the delights of Kalkan town. The restaurants and shops in Kalkan are really first class. The fish restaurant down by the port serves the most delicious fresh fish and there is a wonderful shack-like place where, again, one can choose the fish before it’s actually cooked. Both places are well worth a visit. Fabulous place. Highly recommended.

The beautiful infinity pool looked out across Kalkan bay, and gave us the most amazing sunsets. Villa was well maintained and laid out, lots of space for us all. Had lots of fun on the table tennis and pool tables. A 10 minute walk down to Mahal beach club, which is a great location to relax by the sea. Short taxi ride (or 30 minute walk) to Kalkan Old Town, and a full range of shops and restaurants.

40th Wedding Anniversary celebrations warranted somewhere special to stay. We found it in Villa Beluga. We spent 11 days enjoying everything that Villa Beluga & Kalkan had to offer. Although the villa sleeps 10, it is perfect for couples too. You could almost be in a luxury apartment, as there is everything you need on one floor. You then have the advantage of much more if you want it, games room, extra bathrooms (we like one each!), utility room etc. We spent hours sitting by or in the infinity pool watching the ever changing landscape. The views are amazing and so much going on on the sea. Some of the storms over the mountains were truly spectacular. It was our first time in Kalkan and certainly won’t be our last. It has everything, fabulous places to eat and drink, where the staff are very attentive and friendly, beaches & beach bars, shopping and of course weather. Needless to say, we were not ready to come home….. So a huge thank you to Nick and his team for making our anniversary so very special.

There is a reason why this is one of the most popular villas in kalkan. I can honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. When I woke up I just wandered up into the large open living area which opened onto the pool which sits above the sea so you look over the ocean. Normally it takes afew days to start relaxing on holiday, we felt relaxed here from day one. You can walk down and get a little boat, about 5 min, to kalkan centre. Kalkan is full of little shops and amazing restaurants. The only down side to this holiday was that it had to end! I want to go back.
